He has 18 years of professional experience in the oil & gas sector, having worked with leading firms such as Shell Petroleum, Baker Hughes, and Cathedral Energy Canada. He is an active contributor to the oil and gas industry, and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the American Society of Drilling Engineers.

A committed philanthropist and human-rights advocate, Princepaul champions mental health initiatives through Lahor Behavioral Services, overseeing programs in the United States aimed at improving mental wellbeing.

He holds a Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Warri, Delta State, Nigeria, and an MSc in Health, Safety and Environmental Management from Columbia University, USA.
